Why Ostaniec?
The water comes from a protected intake on the slope of Bukowiec hill, next to the buffer zone of the Jura Landscape Park. The deposit lies 100 m underground, beneath a 45-metre layer of solid rock.
Mineralisation 336 mg/l, low sodium, zero iron, nitrates and nitrites. That is why it tastes good both chilled and in tea.
Frequently asked questions
I bought a bottle on Allegro. Can I exchange it with you?
Yes. It is the same Ostaniec water and the same bottle. Order a bottle exchange, and we will bring a full one and collect the empty one.
How much does the exchange cost?
PLN 55 per bottle. The price includes the water and transport both ways: the full bottle via Pocztex, the empty one via a DPD courier or drop-off at Żabka. This price applies to a traditional bank transfer – PLN 60 when paying by card or BLIK.
I have no box to send the empty bottle back. What should I do?
Tick this when ordering. We will send the full water first and book the courier for the empty one 1–2 days later. You pack the empty bottle in the box from the new delivery.
Will the gallon fit my water dispenser?
Yes. The gallon has a standard neck and fits typical free-standing and countertop dispensers as well as manual and electric pumps.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, for every order. If you are buying for a company, enter your tax ID (NIP) when ordering.
