Already have an Ostaniec bottle, e.g. from a purchase on Allegro? Order an exchange: we will bring a full bottle and collect the empty one. PLN 55 per bottle, including transport both ways, anywhere in Poland.
How it works
- You order the exchange in the shop and choose how you will return the empty bottle: DPD courier pickup from your door or drop-off at Żabka yourself. Enter the DPD pickup date in the order notes.
- We e-mail you the return label and the invoice. If anything is unclear, we will call you.
- Pocztex delivers the full bottle to your door or to a chosen Żabka or Lewiatan point.
- The empty bottle is collected by a DPD courier or you drop it off at Żabka. The Żabka label is valid for 7 days.
No box for the return? Tick this when ordering. We will send the full water first and book the courier for the empty bottle 1–2 days later, so you can calmly pack it in the box from the new delivery.
How to pack the empty bottle
Courier companies have strict rules, so we ask for a few simple things:
- An ordinary rectangular box. The bottle must fit completely inside, with no neck sticking out. Do not send the bottle back wrapped only in film.
- Ordinary tape. Do not use “Fragile – glass” or “Handle with care” tapes or stickers.
- Two bottles in one parcel. Tape two boxes together along their longer sides. Stretch film is not needed.
- Parcel ready when the courier arrives. The DPD courier must find the parcel prepared and someone at the address.
- Label on the box. Print it and stick it on. No printer? Write to us and we will give you the number to copy clearly onto the box with a marker.
It only sounds complicated at first glance. For your first exchange we will guide you through everything step by step.
